The ten weeks
Every session is built on your own businesspractice, with Claude as the tool you build in. Between sessions you're supported by your cohort space, a learning platform, a Notion workspace and manuals.
Workflow examples
You build three or more in the ten weeks. Here are examples from across your customerclient journey, so you can picture yours. Each one is built in Claude, and everything waits for your approval before it goes.
A daily briefing from your calendar, inbox and tasks. The day opens with what needs you. Each day opens organised, before your first client.
Email sorted by what matters, with replies drafted for your approval. Email stops being the evening job.
Every enquiry gets a prompt, personal reply and a time to talk, while the interest is fresh.
Before each call, a one-page brief on the person and their business. You walk in already knowing who you're meeting.
Your call notes become a proposal in your voice, ready for your review. It goes out the same day.Your notes become the offer and the coaching agreement, in your voice, ready for your review. They go out the same day.
Welcome, paperwork and first-session preparation, set in motion when they say yes. Every customer starts the same way, at your standard.Every client starts the same way, at your standard.
Notes, agreed actions and a follow-up in your voice after every meetingsession. What was promised gets done.
Updates, check-ins, and requests for testimonials and referrals, sent on rhythm. CustomersClients hear from you at the right moment, every time.
One idea from your week becomes the week's posts and emails, written in your voice.
Invoices raised and overdue payments followed up, politely and on time.
Your numbers and your pipeline on one page each week. You see what needs your attention at a glance.
These are examples. Before day one, your Instant Insight Workflow Map shows which workflows hold most of your time, and those are the ones you build first.
I run Instant Insight Academy as one person with an AI support team. My day opens with a morning briefing. Session notes, client follow-ups and new client set-up are prepared by workflows I built in Claude, the same way you'll build yours. Each one waits for my approval before it goes.
The method
AI can't replace human connection. It can make more room for it. Using AI well is a change in behaviour first and a change in technology second. So every build follows the same three movements.
You build in the session, on your own workflows, from week one. Each build is shaped to how your businesspractice actually works.
Each build is used, fed back on and refined through fourteen days of ordinary work. Then it becomes an SOP your team runsyour practice runs from.
One clear standard across the team, systems that answer their own questions, and time back for the relationships only you can build.A practice running on rhythm, from enquiry to booked client to follow-up, and more of your attention back with your clients.
Every session teaches the method behind the build, alongside the build itself. When the next tool arrives, you know how to learn it, and how to bring your team with you.and you build your next workflow on your own.
Your value
Move the figures to match your business. In our conversation we work this through properly, using your Workflow Map. Your figures, every time.
Capacity value and cash saving are two different things. Tools, contractors or paid hours you no longer need are a separate figure we add in the conversation. The first intake reports its measured results after day 90, and those results will replace this standard.
For leadership teams
For organisations that want their leadership team or staff building together. It stays done-with-you: your people build, I guide.
After the ten weeks
Every member has successfully completed the ten-week AI BUILD before joining. Your business keeps growing its systems, month by month, beside people who have built what you have.
One of two communities, each kept small on purpose, so members know each other by name.
No member sells to another member. It's written into the community charter.
90 minutes each month on what you are building now.
Documented induction your team learns at its own pace, so every new hire learns the business the same way.
A further project on your own business.
What changed, what to change in your businesspractice, and what to leave alone. Current in minutes a month.
New courses are offered inside the community first, by me.
